Amplitude Academy
Amplitude is a product analytics platform that helps businesses and product teams understand user behavior, measure the success of their products, and make data-driven decisions. The platform is designed to provide insights into how users interact with digital products and services, allowing companies to optimize user experiences and drive product growth.
Amplitude Academy is an educational hub created by the Amplitude team to share short lessons on how to use the Amplitude platform, how to work with user segmentation, engagement, retention, build funnels, and cohorts, calculate unit economics, etc.

By the end of this path, you’ll be able to: Identify what business problems Funnel Analysis can be used to help solve. Explain how Funnel Analysis relates to other charts and tools. Identify when and where drop-off is happening in your product. Build and Interpret Funnel Analysis charts to help solve certain business problems. Discover sequences of events users follow within your product by building and interpreting Pathfinder charts.

In this path, we’ll discuss the importance of user acquisition for driving long-term growth, and how to think about what acquiring new users looks like for the digital arm of your business. We’ll discuss how to analyze your current baseline acquisition and activation metrics with Amplitude and develop goals and strategies for improvement.
In this path, you’ll learn more about your user base and how to apply that knowledge further. Specifically, you’ll learn to: Identify ways to group customers by common attributes or properties that you care about. Leverage those groups for more detailed analyses later with Amplitude Cohorts. This learning path includes the fundamental Getting Started with Amplitude Experiment course, along with courses that cover implementing Experiment in your product and writing good test plans once you are ready to start experimenting. The path is designed to give you an overview the Amplitude Experiment workflow and help set you up for success with your first experiment.
This series of three courses is designed to take you through the cycle of data creation and introduce frameworks, resources, and essential Amplitude tools to help you be successful at each step. You will go through the Fundamentals of Data Taxonomy Design, the Instrumenting Your Data Taxonomy, as well as the Data Governance and Maintenance Best Practices courses. The Getting Started with Amplitude Data is not a prerequisite for this learning path; however, the Amplitude Data product will be referenced as a tool where appropriate.
